Online Purchases

We can accept returns on your purchases if the item is unworn, clean, and with original tags. Please quote your order number.

Exchanges. We can offer you an equal exchange – whether it is the size, colour or even the style that doesn’t suit.  (Please do check Measuring and Size Guide before ordering to help eliminate problems). A credit voucher may be offered.

Refunds. We can only refund in same currency used for the purchase. If the item was purchased with a credit card, we will issue a credit to that same card. If a personal cheque was used, this first needs to clear the bank.

Shop Purchases

We can accept equal exchanges and offer credit vouchers. Items purchased need to be unworn, clean with original tags. Identification is required when making a return along with a receipt. We keep a record of returns.

This policy is also displayed in our shop.

Time Limit. Any returns must occur within 30 days.
