Delivery

 

 

Items are packaged to be sent Monday to Friday only. Any order received before 1pm will be sent the same day.

The carrier company we use for despatch is Royal Mail for 1st and 2nd class deliveries and Parcel Force for next working day delivery. In the event of postal disruption we will occasionally use and alternate carrier to ensure prompt delivery.

All Parcel Force deliveries require a signature. You will need to ensure that someone is available to take delivery. ParcelForce do not deliver at the weekend!!!

We will email you to confirm when your order has been dispatched.

In the rare event that there is an issue with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to give you an alternative option and whether you would like to proceed with your order.

Delivery Schedule

UK Only: All items will be sent First Class signed for delivery within 7-10 days from receipt of order.

Europe Only: All items will be sent International Signed For within 10-14 days from receipt of order.

Worldwide: All items will be sent International Signed For within 14-21 days from receipt of order.

If we cannot get the item within 7-10 days we will send out the closest matching item.
