We use the Royal Mail postal service for all our deliveries. With their first class "Recorded" delivery, you will have

peace of mind, because a signature is required on delivery. Please ensure that there is someone available to take

and sign for the delivery, otherwise you will need to collect it from your local sorting office.

 

This service usually takes one or two days maximum to arrive.  If you need a prompter delivery or a guaranteed

time this can be arranged. In the event of a postal disruption we may seek an alternate carrier to ensure prompt delivery. 

 

We will always email you to confirm when your order has been dispatched, and provide a barcode reference for

your postage. Caps are packaged in a bubble jiffy bags, and hats are sent out in a box - all fully protected.

Delivery Targets

We will dispatch your order very promptly. We want you to united with your purchase and enjoy wearing it

as soon as possible. If it is in stock that means same or next day. If we are waiting for an item to arrive with us,

we will update you by email and advise you of the time frame. If you have a multiple order you can decide

whether to receive it all together, or if we are waiting for an item, in separate lots.
